Q. How can I create an account on hunlove selfcare ?
Create a hunlove selfcare account by registering with your email address or Go to the accounts section of the homepage to register with your email address.
Q. Can I edit my Billing/Shipping address ?
To edit the billing/shipping address go to’ My Account ‘section of the website. Once changed , your new address will be applicable on all the new orders placed after the change.
Q. Do I have to have an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order using guest checkout without having an account. However, we recommend making an account on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple.

Q. How do I place an order ?
To place your order follow these simple steps:
Step1 : Pick the product of your choice.
Step 2: Click on Shop Now.
Step 3: Click on Add to the bag on the products you wish to purchase.
Step 4: Click on Proceed to Checkout.
Step 5: Fill out your personal details.
Step 6: Choose a payment method convenient for you.
Step 7: Confirm & Place your order.
Q. Can I track my order ?
You can track your order from My Account section to get an update on you order status. The same will also be emailed to you.
Q. Can I ship the products to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, you can by filling in the shipping address & your address as the billing address.
Q. Can I edit /modify my order after confirmation ?
You can’t edit/modify your order once confirmed. However you can cancel the order and place a new order with your desired changes. For pre-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order will be cancelled within 24 hours of your request.
Q. How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders ?
For refund of cancelled orders please refer to our Return & Refunds policy to understand if your order qualifies for the same.
Q. What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order ?
For any complaints that you may have with regards to your order, please contact our customer care within 7 business days of your order delivery.

Q. Do you test your products on animals?
We do not test on animals. All our products are cruelty free & vegan.
Q. Where can I view the product ingredients?
The product ingredients are printed on the outer packaging of our products.
Q. How can I check whether I am allergic to the products or not?
All our products are clinically tested and are suitable for all skin types. However if you are still unsure then you can conduct a patch test. Take a small amount of product onto a clean area near your elbow .Leave the products for 4-6 hours before wiping it off. if you observe irritation, redness or burning do not use the product. If the reaction persists, consult your dermatologist.
